Terms and Conditions



You as Client, agree to engage the services of Power Creative with the following specifics:



Each month, client agrees to pay the monthly fee. This is an ongoing fee that can be cancelled anytime after the initial 6 month agreed period.

Client acknowledges what is detailed on the provided calendar spreadsheet, including one monthly update call, a monthly written update and the deliverables as laid out below.

It is the client’s responsibility to attend and participate in calls, conversations and resources.




The relationship between Power Creative and clients is completely confidential. Power Creative recognizes that you, as Client, may at times disclose future plans, business affairs, and personal and financial information. You, as Client, recognize that information and methodology shared between you, the client and Power Creative are strictly confidential. Neither you, as Client, nor Power Creative will at any time share private information with a third party.



Client agrees that Power Creative is an independent contractor and that this agreement is not intended to, nor does it in any way, create a relationship of principal and agent, or employer and employee, and that Power Creative’s sole mission is to help the Client get booked on stages, podcasts and media, and to be the best they can be for these engagements. The agreed client work is as follows:


Power Creative will request what is needed to apply for opportunities on the client’s behalf. If the required items are not provided by the deadline, Power Creative is not responsible for providing said services and no refund shall be given.

Opportunities to be applied for: (per month) 25-50


Results are not guaranteed, however Power Creative will do its best to ensure expectations are met. Client is aware that the agency relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. In the event that the client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of Client to seek a licensed professional.



Client hereby releases and forever discharges Power Creative and any of its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, sums of moneys, interest, attorneys’ fees or costs of any nature whatsoever, on account of any and all claims or causes of actions, which may arise out of connection with, directly or indirectly, the services provided to Client pursuant to this agreement. Client further acknowledges and agrees that any and all actions taken by client are solely at client’s risk.



Power Creative will create Client notes and supporting documents as part of the natural process of the agency relationship with the Client. Power Creative utilizes various software platforms and tools as part of the agency. All documents, notes, details of conversations and calendar logs, emails and other related messages are encrypted and stored on offline data networks, as well as encrypted online with storage systems. Please note that copies of your data will be made available to you upon request and that Power Creative may retain your data for a period exceeding 7 years, as is required by law.



Termination of this agreement will take place immediately upon receipt of written request after the initial agreed 6 month period or as agreed on the monthly call.



This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the stated parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement, superseding all negotiations, prior discussions, and

agreements made before the signing of this agreement between the parties, and no alteration or modification of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and

signed by each of the parties hereto.



Client agrees by initialing this certification that they have read this agreement, understands this agreement, and any questions they had before signing this agreement have been asked and answered.


 By purchasing Automation for Speakers products/services from Power Creative, you agree to these terms.
